A few things people usually ask first.

Do you charge for a quote?
Not for most residential jobs. If the scope is big enough that we need to spend half a day on it (full design-build, large commercial), we'll be upfront about that before we come.
How fast can you get out for a quote?
Usually same-day or next-day in Edmonton proper. We'll give you a window when you call, and we hold to it.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Provincial electrical contractor licence in good standing, general liability coverage, performance bond available for commercial. Happy to send certificates over.
Do you handle emergencies?
Yes. Burnt smell, no power, sparking outlets, breaker that won't reset, water-damaged panel. Call right away. After-hours answered.
Do you pull permits?
Yes. Permit pulls and inspection coordination are included on jobs that require them. You get the signed paperwork at the end.
Do you do small jobs?
Yes. A single outlet swap, a fixture install, a breaker replacement, all welcome. We don't have a minimum that turns small jobs away.
